A new knitted dishcloth pattern for you!
Even though this pattern uses mostly knit & purl stitches, I threw in a couple of rows with a slip stitch to give it that classy look.
If you are a beginner knitter, don’t be afraid of the slip stitch. It is easier than knitting and purling and you will use the slip stitch over and over in the your knitting adventures!
The ridges created by the combination of stitches makes it a great cloth for washing dishes and cleaning up messy counters.
It is also plenty soft for face washing using 100% cotton yarn.
As with most Knit So Easy dishcloth/washcloth patterns it is knit doubly strong by holding two strands of the yarn throughout the project.
These colors make me think of the beach and summer. I love using them in the kitchen and bathroom when I need that beachy vibe. I used Hobby Lobby I Love this Cotton 100% cotton yarn for these samples.
